DELIVERY

We only deliver in Canada.

 Shipping within Canada on orders over C$150.00 is free*

       * Before taxes and after discounts

       * Orders from C$1.00 to 49.99 delivery fees = C$10.00

       * Orders from C$50.00 to 149.99 delivery fees = C$15.00

       * Delivery fees C$25.00 for remote locations in Canada

 

Delivery time 7-10 business days. Note your shipment may arrive before the indicated delivery time.

TSL will not be held responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances like postal strike, trucking companies strike, inclement weather. 

Refusing Delivery, incorrect address, unclaimed orders: if no-one is available to receive delivery despite multiple delivery attempts, or your order is left unclaimed at the delivery courier, your order will be returned to our warehouse, and you may incur a re-shipping fee. 

Placed orders can not be modified or cancelled.

 

RETURNS

Product returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Product returns are eligible for a refund if your return meet all the following criteria:

  • Product was purchased from TSL Outdoor Website less than 7 days ago
  • Product is in new condition (unused, unworn, unwashed)
  • Product must have all of the original labels and tags, be in original packaging
  • You are responsible for shipping costs

Each returned item is checked manually on receipt. TSL reserves the right to refuse returns that do not respect these conditions upon inspection and ship the return back to the customer at their expense. At our discretion, we may impose restocking fees. 

If  the return is validated, your order will be refunded within 5 business days of receipt at the warehouse.

Please note that refunds to credit cards can take up to seven business days to appear on your bank statement.

All sales are final. We do not refund or exchange any item.

TSL is not responsible if you don’t like the model or the color or if the size does not fit you.
